What do I bring as a new patient?
To ensure a seamless first visit, please bring your insurance card and complete our new patient forms. For your convenience, these can be accessed on our Patient Forms page and completed ahead of time.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by cash, check, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and CareCredit.
Do you accept my insurance?
We pride ourselves in helping every patient with a dental benefit plan maximize their benefit each year. While we are not “in-network,” we file claims for patients and even have our doctors write custom letters to insurance companies to help patients receive the maximum benefit possible.

Smile Club
At Ashley Mooney, DDS, we are always striving to enhance our dental services and provide the best care for our patients. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our Smile Club, an in-office dental membership plan designed specifically for patients without dental insurance. Whether you don’t have a dental benefits plan through your employer or an individual dental plan, this membership offers an affordable solution to maintain your oral health.
Starting October 28, 2024, our Smile Club is available for an annual fee of $299 for adults and $225 for children. Membership benefits include:
- Two comprehensive dental exams and professional cleanings per year
- Necessary diagnostic radiographs (as needed)
- One emergency exam (as needed)
- Topical application of varnish during hygiene visits
Additionally, members will enjoy a 10% discount on all other dental procedures, making it even easier to prioritize your oral health.
